Since its founding in 2018, Sinagua Malt has helped convert over 433 acres of farmland to barley cultivation, saving approximately 425 million gallons of water annually for the Verde River. Their commitment to sustainability also includes offsetting internal water usage through the Verde River Exchange Water Offset Program.
